Dr. Pohl a Panelist at SIIA Software Summit
Dr. Siegmar Pohl was a panelist at the Certification and Compliance Session of the Software and Information Industry Association’s (SIIA) Software Summit on Monday, May 4, 2009 in San Francisco, CA. As a panelist, Dr. Pohl discussed regulatory requirements concerning software and software production as well as certification and compliance issues. The panel addressed how the way we buy and sell software is affected by growing privacy concerns, an increasing amount of personal data living inside software, and legislators clamping down on vendors.
