Dr. Imberg Presented at Berlin Energy Conference

On Tuesday, March 31, 2009 CBM Partner, Dr. Alexander Imberg presented at the 1st German American Energy Conference 2009 in Berlin, Germany. Dr. Imberg's presentation, Entering the Renewable Market in the U.S-Legal Aspects, delved into intricate issues associated with European companies entering the U.S. clean technology market including: U.S. litigation risks, employment issues, distribution models, federal and local tax incentives and intellectual property protection and licensing. The conference was under the patronage of the German secretary of state, Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier. Dr. Karl-Theodor Freiherr zu Guttenberg, Federal Minister, Ministry of Economics and Technology, Sigmar Gabriel, Federal Minister, Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety as well as numerous well-known experts from the wind, solar and biomass industries in Germany and the U.S. also presented.
