Partners Presented at NBI Seminar
On Tuesday, November 18, 2008 Dr. Alexander P. Imberg and Dr. Siegmar Pohl presented at the National Business Institute seminar Going Global: Essential International Law for Business Transactions in San Francisco, CA. Dr. Imberg primarily focused his discussion on dispute resolution in a global economy, litigation steps in international conflicts, ADR in international cases and much more. Dr. Pohl primarily presented on intellectual property rights in the international arena focusing on IPR licensing, treaties that effect IPRs and "gray market" complexities.
