Real Estate Team Obtains Complete Defense Verdict
Partner Tim Flaherty and his team, Partner Matthew Miller & Of Counsel Nancy Perham, obtained a complete defense award in a hard fought, binding arbitration before a panel of three arbitrators at AAA. The team successfully defended a major insurance carrier in a claim brought by a large consulting company for breach of contract, breach of the covenant of good faith, fraud, and violation of B&P Code Section 17200. The Panel made a finding of no liability and awarded the plaintiff $0. Congratulations to Mr. Flaherty and his team.
