Partner Speaks at Product Liability Seminar in Germany

On April 14, 15, and 16, 2008, Dr. Alexander Imberg, chair of CBM's Products and German practice groups, will give three full-day seminars on US Product Liability Law in the German cities of Hamburg (4/14), Stuttgart (4/15), and Kempen-Krefeld (4/16). In addition to general Products Liability issues, the seminar will focus on the new ANSI standard for operator's manuals, ANSI Z535.6. The seminar, which is co-sponsored with Kothes Technische Dokumentation, is intended for manufacturers and exporters of products with business interest in the United States.
