Woodward Published in Mealey's Litigation Report
Vance Woodward's commentary Is "Injury In Fact" Really a Trigger in Insurance Coverage was recently published in Mealey’s Litigation Report. "Trigger" is an insurance coverage term not found in insurance policies but commonly used in referring to what must happen during a policy period in order to obtain coverage. The commentary attempts to resolve the long-standing confusion surrounding the trigger theory commonly referred to as "injury in fact." Mr. Woodward is an associate in the Insurance Practice Group.
