Mr. Cruz represents the firm’s clients in a variety of commercial and business litigation matters, including breach of contract, fiduciary duty, bad faith, and declaratory relief actions.
Product Liability
Mr. Cruz's product liability practice encompasses U.S. litigation coordination for a major European auto manufacturer from inception to final disposition that includes working with local counsel; directing litigation strategy; and coordinating with client personnel to develop liability defense. He has experience in mediation and arbitration
Consumer Warranty Defense
Mr. Cruz's practice also encompasses consumer warranty matters, with an emphasis in representing automobile manufacturers in all aspects of Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, Consumer Legal Remedies Act, and Unfair Business Practices claims. He has represented clients at all stages of consumer warranty litigation from inception to final disposition.
