- Ms. Cohen-Supple specializes in complex business litigation. She represents individuals, business owners, partnerships, and domestic and foreign companies of all sizes across a wide variety of different industries prosecuting and defending claims in state and federal courts for breach of contract, business torts, copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, including employee "raiding" cases, fraud, legal and professional malpractice claims, insurance bad faith claims, employment disputes, unfair business practice claims brought under California Business and Professions Code Section 17200, receiverships, pre-judgment remedies, and collection on judgments.
International Experience
- Fluent in Hebrew, Cohen-Supple practiced in Israel before relocating to California. In Israel she handled business, IP, and real estate transactions, and litigation matters involving copyright infringement, business torts, breach of contracts and real estate disputes.
Military Experience
- Intelligence Communication Officer: Ms. Cohen-Supple taught soldiers the design, operation, and use of top-secret telecommunications equipment.
