Public Sector Labor Law
- Mr. Adam specializes in public sector labor law, representing employee association clients during all stages of administrative disciplinary proceedings and labor arbitrations. He also represents employee associations in collective bargaining, and before the California Public Employee Relations Board.
- Mr. Adam has considerable litigation experience, including federal court jury trial.
Public Sector Litigation
- Other litigation focus areas include public employee retirement law, public employee rights and constitutional law under both the federal and California Constitution, particularly in the realm of First Amendment rights for public employees.
Broad Range of Matters
- Mr. Adam has prepared briefs on behalf of clients to the California Supreme Court, the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has presented oral argument before the California Court of Appeal. He also represents individual clients on employment matters.
