- Ms. Beldiman advises and counsels on all aspects of intellectual property law in the U.S. and overseas, including acquisition, use, licensing, registration and protection of intellectual property assets.
- She also is experienced in electronic commerce, internet content, and computer technology law matters.
Intellectual Property Negotiation
- Ms. Beldiman assists in the negotiation and documentation of international license agreements, joint venture agreements, and strategic alliances.
