Mr. Volz is experienced in all aspects of third-party property and casualty coverage litigation with particular emphasis in Commercial General Liability, construction defect coverage disputes, additional insured, and Director & Officers coverage.
He is also experienced in researching, briefing, and advising clients on procedural and substantive aspects of complex third-party environmental and mass tort insurance disputes.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Volz was an accomplished classical ballet dancer having graduated from Kirov Academy of Ballet and later dancing with the Vienna State Opera
