Mr. Fisher’s practice focuses on civil appeals and writs in state and federal courts. He has also handled a broad range of state and federal commercial litigation, including consumer class action defense, insurance cases, breach of corporate fiduciary duty disputes, and a statewide class action against a major California governmental entity.
Appeals and Writs
Mr. Fisher is responsible for all aspects of appellate litigation, including drafting appellate briefs and motions and partnering with trial counsel to preserve issues for appellate review.
Class Action Litigation
Mr. Fisher has defended consumer class action claims asserted against major consumer product and automobile manufacturers for property damage and personal injury in both federal and state courts. He has drafted briefs and prepared arguments for a wide range of issues stemming from alleged product defects and violations of consumer statutes.
