As an experienced lawyer in global product liability defense, Mr. Hixson oversees all aspects of discovery and litigation coordination (from notice of claim to settlement or trial) for manufacturer-clients in cases in the U.S. and internationally.
Mr. Hixson also has substantial experience in, among other things, advising clients regarding product regulatory and recall obligations worldwide, formulating legal risk-avoidance strategies, implementing corporate document management/retention programs, and advising on cross border legal issues.
