Ms. Chye focuses her practice on advising clients in products liability cases throughout Asia.

Corporate and Shipping

Ms. Chye's experience also includes corporate and shipping, where she has developed skills in drafting, reviewing agreements, conducting due diligence for Singaporean companies, handling claims, disputes, proceedings and arranging for vessel and marine insurance.

International Humanitarian Law

Ms. Chye contributed to the United Nations' International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia where she worked on a high level war crimes prosecution case in which representatives of governmental, military and police sectors were being tried within a joint criminal enterprise that sought to shift the ethnic balance in Kosovo.
