Ms. Cheung is a Hong Kong qualified lawyer whose initial Hong Kong practice focused on civil and commercial litigation, including complex banking debt collecting, security enforcement cases, personal injury claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, matrimonial cases and construction arbitration. She was also involved in complex criminal cases and commercial transactions, including conducting extensive due diligence exercises for PRC companies for listing in Hong Kong and drafting of leases and share purchase agreements for both Hong Kong and PRC companies.

She now focuses her efforts on the defense of products liability litigations and claims throughout Asia.

To provide optimum service to clients, Ms. Cheung coordinates with local counsel in countries across Asia, focusing not only on the legal aspects of cases but also providing legal advice on technical issues.

She also provides in-house, early stage legal advice to prevent or minimize corporate liability. She counsels on regulatory, safety related matters and general commercial issues.
