Mr. Yank specializes in public sector labor law, representing peace officers, firefighters, and other public employees during all stages of litigation, grievance and disciplinary proceedings, labor arbitrations, and unfair labor practice disputes before the California Public Employment Relations Board.
Mr. Yank provides both litigation and counseling services to address a broad range of employment issues facing public sector unions and employees.
He has engaged in extensive administrative practice with the National Labor Relations Board, California Public Employment Relations Board, California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and U.S. Department of Labor.
Mr. Yank also has extensive experience in litigating wage and hour class action cases on behalf of aggrieved public sector unions and employees.
