Ms. Stoughton specializes in representing peace officers, firefighters and other public sector employees during grievances, internal investigations, unfair labor disputes before the California Public Employment Relations Board, and in labor arbitrations.

She provides both litigation and counseling services to address a broad range of employment issues facing public sector unions and employees.

Ms. Stoughton has also represented public sector employees in all aspects of litigation.
