Presentations and Publications

Mr. Henderson has addressed public and private groups regarding accident investigation and handling, ethics and consumer warranty law. He has acted as the defense attorney in mock trial of an ADA claim presented by the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Sacramento County Bar Association. Mr. Henderson has been a panelist and lecturer on employment law issues at various seminars.
