Mr. Killoran has defended product liability cases for decades as national, regional, and/or local counsel and has substantial trial and appellate experience.
Mr. Killoran serves as national coordinating counsel for one of the world's leading automobile manufacturers. He also counsels clients in the area of product safety, risk management, and commercial law.
Mr. Killoran successfully defended a global specialty pharmaceutical and medication delivery company in massive coordinated litigation proceedings, and has also successfully represented a supplier of FDA-regulated products in coordinated proceedings concerning the legal effect of compliance with pre-market regulations.
Mr. Killoran has supervised local counsel in numerous jurisdictions in major products liability litigation involving a wide variety of alleged defects in electronic and mechanical systems and components, including issues such as warnings, trade secrets, supplier indemnity, class actions, and consumer fraud.
